This model, which represents the early to mid-Incarnation period, is made from horse leather that has been soaked in oil suitable for special garment dyeing.
The leather is carefully tanned, and even after sewing it is dyed in a barrel with the addition of oil, bringing out the depth of color and rich texture.
Since leather is prone to shrinkage after dyeing, the optimal position for each piece is selected before cutting to ensure a consistent finish.
In addition, size adjustments are made during the natural drying process, and final processes such as applying oil and polishing are all carefully completed by hand in-house.
The "One Piece Arm" technique created for this model was born from the designer's desire to "not change the overall look of the leather throughout the entire leather blouson."
By forming the sleeves from a single piece of leather with darts, the leather of the outer and inner sleeves is unified, giving a natural three-dimensional look. Darts are also added to the collar and waist area to create a more three-dimensional and beautiful form.
This is the origin of the incarnation design that has been passed down to subsequent models, and it is a rare model that is currently out of production and difficult to obtain.
