Can I order colors other than those listed?

It depends on the material, but it is possible. However, since it is a natural material, the color may vary depending on the season and temperature.
Returns due to color variations are not possible, so please think carefully before ordering.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Regarding the size of custom-made products, the listed size is an average value, so there may be some discrepancy with the actual product.
Returns regarding size are not accepted.

What if the product is scratched or damaged?

The products we handle are made from natural leather and natural materials and are finished by hand.
Due to processing after sewing, the product may have uneven color, damage, or scratches that are typical of natural materials.
For any defects other than those listed above, please submit a return request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after your order is confirmed.
For custom-made products, please check the delivery time for each product.
(Please consider this as a guideline as custom-made products are made to order. If damage occurs during processing and the delivery date changes significantly, we will contact you.)

Can I order older products (those not listed on the product list)?

Please send the part number (if known) or an image via the request form.
After checking, we will contact you to inform you of whether the order can be placed, the delivery date, and the price.

How can I do laundry?

Leather products cannot be washed.
For fabric products, please check the attached washing instructions.
