Designer Keita Ogawa
After gaining 10 years of experience working at a leather manufacturer, he moved to Italy in 2009 and launched his own brand in Florence.
With the cooperation of a long-established Italian tannery, they developed leather that combined Japanese and Italian technology, and began presenting their collections to the world in Paris in the fall/winter of 2010.
In 2012, the company moved from Florence to Pescia, Tuscany, and in 2015 it incorporated in Italy and launched incarnation srl.
In 2017, the atelier moved from Tuscany to Perugia for further renovations.
From the company's founding to the present day, the core craftsmen have remained the same, and the company has continued to refine its basic production methods.
From the development of the base to processing, we work with Italian craftsmen to create our products using our own unique methods.
Basic Stance
We respect the history of leather culture, and by introducing new proposals we are willing to take on new challenges and work closely with materials to improve them. Failure can sometimes lead to the discovery of new concepts, so our philosophy is to always be conscious of new challenges as a brand, and to continue making products with our own hands without outsourcing.
We pay respect to the craftsmen who have been involved in creating our products since the brand was founded, and the products are made with great mutual understanding, resulting in a sense of stability.
We value and treat all involved people, including those who make and sell our products, with care.
We believe that this will ultimately be reflected in user satisfaction, and we will continue to work with Japanese retailers to develop leather specialists at retailers and handle individual orders, and we will continue to create products that prioritize aspects that lead to user satisfaction.

When we establish our Japan branch in 2024, we will take on new initiatives such as further maintenance and ordering services to improve customer satisfaction through our own online site and strengthening ties with Japanese agents.
