The leather used is 0.7 to 0.8 mm thick vegetable tanned horse leather, and the base is finished with an oil that is suitable for product dyeing to create a special texture.
After sewing, oil is added to the product dyeing stage and the garment is barrel-dyed, resulting in a unique, deep finish.
To accommodate variations in shrinkage of leather, we select the location of each piece before cutting.
After product dyeing, the leather takes on a unique depth and change in appearance, and becomes thicker.
After dyeing, the size is carefully adjusted by hand while the leather is drying, and all final processes such as applying oil and polishing are also done in-house.

In terms of design, a pattern has been adopted that creates gussets at the sides to increase the range of motion of the arms. To make the most of the gussets, the upper sleeves are integrated into a dart structure. This model emphasizes the three-dimensional look and also provides ease of movement. This pattern, which was introduced in the mid-season, has been adjusted to fit the size of Japanese body types, and the simple design has been created by eliminating the chin flap and elastane parts on the elbows from the original model.
This model is still in use today, but it is now out of production and is therefore a rare one.
