製品染め加工に適した下地にする為、鞣された革にオイルを入れ込んだ下地を使用
縫製後、製品染め加工時にもオイルを加えて樽で染色した製品となります。
製品染加工後は時間をかけて乾燥させ、その間サイズを手作業で補正、乾燥後オイル塗り込み、艶出し等の幾つもの工程を経て仕上げられています。
