The leather used is vegetable tanned buffalo leather, 0.7-0.8mm thick, and finished with an oiled base suitable for special garment dyeing.
After sewing, more oil is added and the garment is dyed in a barrel to bring out the deep color.
During the drying process after dyeing, the leather acquires a unique depth and flavor, and also increases in thickness. The size is adjusted by hand during the drying process, and the final processes such as applying oil and polishing are all completed in-house.
The design features a pattern with gussets on the sides to increase the range of motion of the arms. To make the most of the gussets, the upper sleeves are integrated with a dart structure. This model emphasizes the three-dimensional look and is also easy to move in.
This pattern, which started in the mid-model, has been adjusted to fit the Japanese body type, and the simple design has been eliminated, such as the chin flap and the elastane parts on the elbows. This pattern is still used in subsequent models, but it is a rare model because it is no longer in production.

The "BLACK EDITION" is unified in black from all parts, threads, and lining, creating a design that highlights the unique grain of buffalo leather.
